RETURNS:
Items may be returned within three business days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CHANEL ITEMS. CHANEL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ONLY.
Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached and include all accessories received with the order (dustbags, boxes, authenticity cards, etc.).
Merchandise returned without aforementioned accessories will NOT be accepted for return.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received. This includes no odors such as smoke or perfume.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Packages received COD will be denied.

EXCHANGES
Our standard Return Policy applies to all exchanges. All exchanges must be made within five business days for STORE CREDIT ONLY. STORE CREDIT IS VALID FROM 60 DAYS FROM RETURN ACCEPTANCE.
If your exchange is less in price your original purchase you will be given a STORE CREDIT for the difference. Pilgrim New York will contact you to collect any additional fees if your exchanged item is more expensive than your original purchase.
VINTAGE means that all items are preloved, so please don't expect a brand new item, although all our items are chosen carefully and thoroughly gone over for any noted flaws and are in TOP CONDITION unless, otherwise stated. All item descriptions are honest and exact as possible.
All items are ONE OFF's; items are exclusive, meaning two of the same item is hard to come by, Many of our items are NEW, UNWORN, Special Runway Pieces, Etc. offered at an incredible discount to retail price. We guarantee that all items are 100% Authentic and Guaranteed and professionally authenticated by fashion industry professionals.
What are your shipping fees?
Orders under $500.00 will be charged a $10.00 shipping/handling fee. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation.
International shipments to UK only, fee is $100, multiple item discount available, (you can arrange for another party to ship for you internationally).
We ship USPS International Express Mail which comes with tracking and signature confirmation.
Remember, international buyers are responsible for any insurance, customs fees, taxes and/or import duties. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once they've been shipped with tracking number.
How frequently do you ship?
We generally ship twice a week.
